MOSFET and IV Curves
Introduction
The
objective of this lab is to build MOSFETS in Electric VLSI and to run the simulation analyse of the IV curves of the MOSFETs.

Discussion
Constructing
the MOSFETs in Electric VLSI and simulating them gave an insight on how
they are constructed and tested in the real world as well as the
importance of spacing for MOSFETs.
