1. Title:     Introduction to ElectricVLSI (a voltage divider)

2. Introduction
The goal of this lab was to learn how to design a layout of a semiconductor in ElectricVLSI, more focus on creating a voltage divider.


3. Materials and Methods
In this lab we used a software call ElectricVLSI. It was the only new tool introduced to us. We also  learned how this software is compatible with LT Spice, which made everything more simple. First we download the software in to our computer,  set it up with LT Spice so we can do simmulations on it, fallowing all the specifications of the guide lines so pair up properly. Then we created a voltage divider circuit using a N-well resistor in schematic and in layout, then we simulated in LT Spice.

5. Discussion.

In this lab we got we found out that ElectricVLSI works perfecly with LT Spice just like we thought. Also that our voltage divider iss a working proved of that. Electric also offers various ways to keep checking the work you are doing continiuoslly. it definally a way to keep all work clean and if there are any errors, have the chance to fix them in time. This was tutorial 1 of 6 that will teach us how to lay out an IC.
