    Introduction
The purpose of this assignment is to introduce using the VGA port on the Basys3 board.

    Materials and Methods

Vivado
Basys3 FPGA board
VGA cable and supporting monitor

Results
    Task 1: Display the test image on the monitor.


Video 1: Demonstration of the FPGA displaying the test image.

    Task 2: Program the FPGA to display white.


Video 2: Demonstrating the FPGA programmed to display white.

    Task 3: Program the FPGA to cycle through red, green, and blue.


Video 3: Demonstrating the FPGA cycling through the colors.
