- The width of the line is 4 pixels, starts form pixel 32 to pixel

- Use the Basys 3 board, a VGA cable, a monitor, gvim, and Vivado
for the task.

Draw an additional red bar on the monitor (25
points)
The
red bar has the following boundaries: X: 600 - 605; Y: 200 - 250
The following lines of code were added to the code above:

3. Move the red bar to the right (horizontally) by 1 pixel for every 0.5 second. (25 points)
