1. LTSpice and Lab
Report Preperation
2. Introduction
In this lab
we were tasked with coding up circuits using Spice and
simulating them using LTSpice. These simulations were then compared to
both calculated values and manually tested voltages and currents. The
goal of this lab was to gain familiarity with LTSpice, a useful circuit
simuation software.

LTSpice circuits were coded
up with accordance with lab1's tasks on Yilectronics.com. The first
circuit was tested with a physical circuit and a multimeter. Subsequent
circuits were simulated by coding.
4. Results
Task1:

Figure1. Current simulation of Circuit1.

Table1. Simulated, Calculated, and Tested Voltages and currents from Circuit 1.
Task2:

Figure2. Transient analysis of Circuit 2. Time delay of 2.17 ms
Task3:

Figure 3. DC sweep of circuit showing changing voltage.
Task4:

Figure 4. AC Sweep which plots Amplitude vs Frequency. Often used for testing bandwith of the circuit
Task5:

Figure 5. DC Pulse, time delay of capacitor charging is 19.85ns
5. Discussion
This lab introduced us to the different analysis
features of LTSpice as well as the usefulness of comparison between
simulation and real life.
