V3 (1/1.5k + 1/1.5k + 1/3k) = V1 (1/1.5k) - V2 (1/3k)
V3 = (V1 (1/1.5k) - V2 (1/3k)) / (1/1.5k + 1/1.5k + 1/3k)
V3 = 0.9v
Vout = V3 + V2
Vout = 2.4v
